Enjoy the freedom of transferring funds between your accounts at Bank of Bartlett and your accounts at hundreds of other banks and credit unions in the U.S. It's easy! Instead of having to write a check to send money from your Bank of Bartlett account, you can transfer the funds right from your computer!
 

To use this service, all you need are: 

  • A Bank of Bartlett Checking or Savings account
  • The account number and the routing/transit number of the account(s) at other financial institution

It's simple to set up and use, secure, and reliable. Plus, it's a lower cost alternative to wire transfers and mail. Fill out the online agreement or drop it off at any of our convenient locations.

Simply log in to Online Banking and find the link to "External Transfer" under "Accounts" tab.

I have applied for the authorization to transfer funds between my Bank of Bartlett account(s) and the bank account(s) as listed under the "Other Financial Institution Info" section above. By my signing this application, I authorize your bank representative to verify the information I supplied above.

I (we) hereby authorize Bank of Bartlett, hereinafter called BANK, to initiate DEBIT/CREDIT entries to my (our) account(s) indicated above at the depository financial institution named above, hereafter called DEPOSITORY. I (we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my (our) account(s) must comply with the provisions of US law.

Upon approval, this authorization is to remain in full force and effect until Bank of Bartlett has received written notification from me (or either of us) of itstermination in such a time and in such a manner as to afford Bank of Bartlett and DEPOSITORY a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

Note: Debits/Credits are only processed on business days. No processing on holidays. If Debit/Credit falls on a holiday or weekend, the Debit/Credit will be processed on the next business day. Allow up to 1-3 business days for Debit/Credit to post. There is a daily limit of 5 outbound transfers and a daily cap limit of $5,000.00. If you require an external transfer that exceeds this amount, you will be required to perform a wire transfer. In order to perform a wire, please contact us for wiring instructions and fees.
