Bank of Bartlett offers open-end line of credit secured by a customer’s primary residence.  These lines can be used for home improvements, automobiles, college, medical expenses, business use, etc.  The maximum line amount available is 90% of appraised value of the home, minus the balance of the first mortgage.  20 year terms are available with rates as low as WSJP + a margin, and subject to credit scoring.  Interest paid is reported to the IRS and may be tax deductible.  Customers may access the line of credit through pre-printed convenience checks or HELOC debit card.  There are no annual fees, no closing cost, and no appraisal fees for loans up to $250,000; fees vary for higher amounts.  Customers will receive a monthly statement.  Homeowners insurance is required on all lines. Customers can receive a free Advantage Checking Account when they open a Home Equity Line of Credit.

Bank of Bartlett offers an unsecured loan with no collateral needed, subject to credit approval. Credit begins at $2,500 and above. Signature loans may have a fixed or variable rate with terms to meet your needs. Customers may receive a ¼% discount on their rate if their payments are automatically deducted from a Bank of Bartlett account. Coupons or monthly statements are also ways customers may make payments. Loan fees are applicable. Signature loans do not have a pre-payment penalty.

Bank of Bartlett has an Installment Loan to Fit All Your Needs.

Installment Loans are secured by collateral such as a vehicle, savings account or a CD and can be financed the same day. Customers may borrow up to 95% of the balance in a CD or Savings Account. The minimum loan amount is $1,500. Customers may receive a ¼% discount on rate if their payment is automatically deducted from a Bank of Bartlett account. Coupons or monthly statements are also ways customers can make payments. Loan fees are applicable. Secured Installment Loans do not have a pre-payment penalty.
