Human
Resources will take a leadership role and provide service in support
of the staff by promoting the concept that our employees are our

Health
Insurance
Full-time employees can enroll in one of our health insurance
plans which includes preventive care, immunizations and prescription
drugs.
- Dental
Insurance
Full-time employees can enroll in one of the company dental plans.
Expenses covered for you and your family include preventive care
as well as coverage for basic and major restorative services.
- Pre-tax
Premium Plans
Employee health & dental plans are pre-tax. Premiums are withheld
before Federal Income and Social Security taxes are calculated,
which helps increase your take-home pay.
- Company-Provided
Life Insurance
Full-time employees get free term life and accidental death and
dismemberment insurance. Coverage amounts vary by individual.
- Optional
Contributory Insurance
Full-time employees can buy additional individual and dependent
cancer, critical illness, hospital confinement indemnity, universal
life, level term life, and accident insurance. Payroll deduction
amounts are based on your age and the amount of coverage you request.
- Short-Term
Disability
Short-term disability pay gives you income when a disability keeps
you from working temporarily. Bank of Bartlett provides a pay
plan for all full-timers with eligibility based on
length of service.
- Long-Term
Disability
Full-time employees receive free long-term disability insurance.
This insurance provides you income if you become totally disabled.
Eligibility is based on length of service.
- Vacation
After one year of service, you receive two weeks of
vacation based on number of hours worked. Additional vacation
time is based on length of service, which can be up to a maximum
of 4 weeks vacation after 15 years of service.
- Direct
Deposit
Employees have direct deposit available to them. Each employee
may have 2 accounts, free checks and no service charge.

The Company provides an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and
a 401(k) plan.

The Bank of Bartlett encourages employees to take advantage
of educational opportunities. The company pays for tuition and
books upon registration of classes through our training sponsors.
