I wanted to brag about Houston. What a great employee he is! I just wanted to let someone know it was a pleasant experience having him help us yesterday. He was very personable and took care of the issue we needed to be resolved even though he did not have to do so. Good customer service is a lost art now and he understands how to provide it.
