    How to Get Started:

  • Log In: Log into your Online banking platform at bankofbartlett.com                                                                                                                                                
  • Find Zelle: To enroll for Zelle® for the first time, you will need to log into the online banking website at bankofbartlett.com. Once signed in, click on Bill Pay and select the “Enroll” option. From there, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions for Bill Pay and click Continue. On the next page, scroll down and click on “What else can I do?” From here, you will be able to enroll in Zelle®. Please note that after the initial enrollment through the online banking portal, Zelle® will then be available to use from the Bank of Bartlett app. Download our mobile app for free, for iOS and Android.                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  • Set Up: Add your email address or phone number to start using Zelle®. Keep in mind that if you have Zelle® with another financial institution using your phone number, you won’t be able to create a new Zelle® account with that same phone number, instead we recommend you use your email address to enroll, or vice versa.                                                                                                                              
  • Send Money: Enter the recipient’s email or phone number to create the contact, add the amount, and hit send!

    Important Safety Note

    Your financial safety is important for us, we want to remind you that Zelle® is a third-party service, not Bank of Bartlett. That means when you send money, it’s final -like handing over cash.

  • If you authorize a payment—even by mistake or to a scammer—your bank cannot reverse it or give you provisional credit.
  • Only unauthorized transfers (for example, money sent because someone else accessed your account) may be eligible for reimbursement under federal law.

     

    Bottom line: You are fully responsible for any money you send. Always verify recipients before initiating transfers.
